The role
The Administrative receptionist will perform receptionist duties and high-level administrative support to the CEO of BBY and the team, ensuring efficient operation and effective communication within the organisation. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
About you
You will have a proven record of skills and experience in Administrative Support and Reception, have high-level writing skills, understand the Aboriginal Community Controlled Sector and work well with diverse stakeholder groups.
Requirements:
At least 4 years’ experience in similar roles
Appropriate certification (Cert III/ Cert IV/ Diploma in Business)
Experience working in or closely related to ACCOs
Currently based in Kununurra (no housing arrangements available)
